We are looking to hire a club member for a janitor position starting in March 2020.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for general cleaning and care of the clubhouse interior and the immediate area surrounding the clubhouse. Frequency of cleaning is determined by club use and season of operation, cleaning is conducted during non-business hours.
Season cleaning schedule is as follows: once per week April-September, once per month October-March.
Clean floors in common area, kitchen and restrooms.
Clean all tables and chairs in common area.
Clean restroom toilet, urinals and sinks, re-stock facilities as needed.
Clean kitchen area; includes counter tops, area under stove and back splash and range hood.
Clean windows and doors as needed.
General dusting of fans, shelves and various items.
Other general cleaning and care as requested by Bar Manager or Club Officers.
Spray around clubhouse foundation for ants and other insects as needed.
Spray for weeds around doors as needed.
Clean window exteriors in Spring and Fall.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous cleaning experience preferred.
General knowledge of cleaning practices and use of supplies and tools.
Ability to work independently and exercise proper judgement in completing tasks.
Starting pay will be based on experience.
