Due to illness of President Nelson our V. Pres. Art Steinmetz conducted the meeting.

Minutes of the last meeting (2/9) read and approved.

Treas. Geo. Nelson presented bills covering lunch of 2/9 and 3/10 meeting plus rent, post cards and stencils totaling 26.50. Motion by Iver Hanson, 2nd by Roy Lindberg that bills be paid. Carried and so ordered.

V. Pres. Steinmetz appointed Lory Stuert, Beverly Dehmer, John Wies and Lon Wichaer to nominating committee and to report at April meeting.

Secretary report on deer yard visit set for Sunday 3/13.
