Osceola Rod and Gun Club Jan. 6, 1935 The rabbit hunt was a great success and 120 rabbits were killed. Everything went off nicely this year, no complaints as to any frozen rabbits. It was planned that at some later date a feed would be given to the winners. The club at the present time have out nearly 40 hopper feeders and have distributed two tons of feed, about 250 birds are being taken care of by these feeders. Th club has for entertainment of its members a club room in the basement of the Bank of Osceola, a rifle shooting gallary with four ranges, a pool table donated for use by Prosper Young, a ping pong table donated for use by some of the members of the club and a dart baseball game. This should furnish plenty of excitement for the members while in Osceola. This room is to be used by its members and everyone is welcome to take part in the sport it affords them. There has been an arrangement made with the bank that the club pays for the lights they use in this room, and if necessary for a little extra charge for the space.

These birds consist of pheasant, prairie chickens, and quail.
